Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Krabb ("Service"), operated by Krabb ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Krabb is a cloud-based analytics and monitoring platform for OpenClaw AI agents. The Service receives telemetry data via OpenTelemetry (OTLP) protocol and provides dashboards, alerting, cost tracking, and performance analytics.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@krabb.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Krabb offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Team, Enterprise). All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or malicious content
• Exceed your plan's usage limits in a manner that degrades service for others
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our consent

6. Data & Ownership

You retain all rights to your data, including telemetry data sent to Krabb. We claim no ownership over your data. You grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely to provide the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krabb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Krabb operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
