Can I try Krabb before committing?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan so you can evaluate Krabb with your real workload.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my event limit?
You will receive a notification when you approach your limit. Overage events are billed at $2 per 10,000 events. You can also upgrade to a higher tier at any time to increase your limit.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for all plans with a 20% discount. Contact us for Enterprise annual pricing.
What counts as an event?
An event is a single telemetry data point sent from your OpenClaw agent to Krabb. This includes trace spans, metric data points, and log entries. A typical agent session generates 50-200 events depending on complexity.
